Is Zmist priced per person?
No. Founding and Team are flat workspace prices. Members and read-only viewers are unlimited, so you do not pay more just because more people need to see the same operational context.
What does "founding price, locked in" mean?
Subscribe to Founding at $99/month and that workspace keeps the $99/month price for as long as it remains continuously subscribed, even if the public list price changes as Zmist matures.
Why does Free include a Multi-Channel Report?
Cross-channel intelligence is one of the core reasons to use Zmist. Free includes one Multi-Channel Report per week so you can connect multiple sources, see the relationship for yourself, and reach the product’s real aha moment before paying.
How many Multi-Channel Reports do paid plans include?
Founding includes near-unlimited Multi-Channel Reports under fair use. Team includes unlimited Multi-Channel Reports under fair use. Enterprise capacity can be tailored to the deployment.
What counts toward the monthly signal limit?
Every signal that lands and is recorded counts toward the monthly total, whether it arrives through the API, CLI, MCP, webhooks, Prometheus remote write, or an import. Live ingest-rate limits are separate from the monthly signal quota.
What happens if I hit the monthly signal limit?
You receive a warning at 80%, then a 20% grace buffer. After the grace buffer is exhausted, new signals are rejected until the quota resets or the workspace is upgraded. Existing stored data is not deleted and there is no surprise overage bill.
Are Public Channels available on Free?
Yes. Public Channels are part of the Zmist discovery experience. You can explore, follow, and clone them on Free, then connect your own sources to build a private version around your data.
Can I switch or cancel anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from Settings › Plan. When billing is enabled for your deployment, payments and prorations are handled through Stripe.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Founding is $990/year and Team is $2,990/year, equivalent to two months free compared with paying monthly for twelve months.
What is Enterprise for?
Enterprise is for organizations that need custom scale or retention, DPA and security review, procurement-friendly invoicing, and a dedicated support contact. Additional enterprise capabilities should only be quoted when they are actually available.
